The NGV opens with David Hockney’s recent work
This exhibition is worth the visit to Melbourne. It is a collection of David Hockney’s work since the year 2,000.
Unfortunately when you read about the interview with Hockney, you realise that artists should not always make statements. Their art speaks for itself and sometimes their words make them out to be maybe not all that worldly as people seem to hope. Luckily the exhibition seems to be worth the visit.
